Winter Season:  September 16- May 31

One Bedroom Suites from $119.00 - $129.00 ~ Two Bedroom Suite $159.00

There is a 10.5% tax on all rooms

Pet Friendly: $20 per pet ,  per night will be charged.   We  accept  Dogs Only.

Only two dogs per room and no aggressive breeds. And all dogs must be on leash on grounds.

Extra Person: $10/ night

DEPOSITS: All reservations require a single night payment as a deposit, for the unit or space of your choice. This deposit is non-refundable. However, should you need to make a reservation change, the deposit may be transferred one time, to any other reservation within the same season. 

The remaining balance is due upon arrival. There will be no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or for poor weather. Without at least 7 days notice of cancellation or modification to the reservation(s), the reserving party will be held responsible for the entire cost of the original reservation(s).
